Obtaining necessary approvals from the board of investment BOI and the central bank of Sri Lanka.

Advise on necessary related matters. Including incentives and other related matter

Litigation and advise in matters relating to private or public companies in terms of company’s act of Sri Lanka.

Including unfair competition, winding up liquidation, appointment of receivers, and other related matters

Preparing instruments of trust, preparing of turst deeds for individuals, families

Providing trust issue services

Registration of patents & trademarks & litigation for violation of intellectual property rights.

Including preparation and execution of transfers, gifts, leases, powers of attorney, preparation of title reports & pedigree titles rectification etc.
